  • Our wide area network of professional associates affords us quicker response time and greater access to resources when a problem arises. With trained professionals (with proven track record and high level experience in security management and operations) on the ground, we are prepared to respond to a broad range of security and investigative issues. Often in these situations, there is urgency and what are obstacles for other firms, are well within our operational capacity.

Trapex combines consultancy with capacity building. ICEST is the training arm of Trapex consultants that provides participants with the theoretical background, applied skills and specialized knowledge required to perform at practical levels in security risk management. ICEST staffs have relevant security experience for assisting organizations to reduce their exposure and manage incidents of kidnap for ransom, extortion, marine piracy, illegal detention, emergency management, evacuation and related global security incidents. Currently, we have 15 certified trainers and 20 consultants who are professors and Ph.D holders teaching security management courses. Our emphasis is on quality delivery by assessment to test participants on lessons learned. We understand this and utilize our comprehensive evaluation to begin the customization process to fit the special needs of every participant in the group. By combining the desired goals and the initial comprehensive evaluation, we construct the final elements of the training program so that they are flexible and challenging enough to successfully fulfill the objectives of the participants.
